By creating an account or using AuthorBid AI (the "Service"), operated by AI GetWise ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
AuthorBid AI is an AI-assisted proposal writing tool designed to help freelancers generate, refine, and manage proposals for client work. The Service is provided via app.authorbid.com and associated domains operated by AI GetWise.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for:
Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted.
New users receive 3 free proposal generations with no credit card required. Free trial usage is subject to fair use and these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
Once your free proposals are used, you will need an active paid subscription to continue generating proposals.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Stripe processes all payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Once a billing period has started, no refund will be issued for that period if you cancel mid-cycle — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

All proposals, hooks, and suggestions generated by AuthorBid AI are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided as a starting point only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In such cases we will attempt to notify you by email.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@authorbid.com. Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI GetWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost contracts, or lost business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
